Organized in 1890 by Augustin X. Roy after leaving the original Roy Watch Case Company. Roy & Co. was reorganized as the Roy Mfg. Co. in 1891.

Specialty: Fine Raised Gold and Diamond Cases

Identification: Case marks by Roy & Co. are easily identified with the "Roy & Co." name either stamped of embossed. Cases are generally accompanied with a crown mark under the "Roy & Co." name. Cases have been recorded paired with movements through the 1890s, indicating that the company may have continued to use the "Roy & Co." name on cases even after the company name changed to "Roy Mfg. Co." Though, a small number of cases have been recorded with the "Roy Mfg. Co." mark. Cases from "Roy & Co." should not be confused with cases simply marked "Roy," which are properly attributed to the Roy Watch Case Company.
