The Denver Watch Company was organized in 1890 by E.P. Jones, A.H. Gutheil, C.R. Kaffer, and T.F. Bowman with a capital stock of $100,000 [The Keystone, Septemeber 1890].

The January 1891 issue of American Jeweler reported on the pending completion of the watch factory in Denver:
"Denver's watch factory will be completed in February. It will be 50 by 100 feet, a little one. Capital, $75,000."

No known watch production was ever commenced at the factory in Denver.
