Elgin Grade 390

Grade 390 is a 21j Openface watch maufacturered by Elgin. The size 18s, Model 8 movement features a nickel finish and is adjusted to 5 positions, isochronism and temperature. This watch would have qualified for service on all railroads and was advertised for railroad service. Each movement was fitted at the factory with a double-sunk dial.
