| Case Details | THE CASE A thick and sturdy American made gold filled plain polished case, signed C.W.C.Co. (The Crescent Watch Case Co.) Worded Warranted 20 years, Serial numbered (on both covers) .702523 The outer rear hinge opening cover and inner cuvette are plain polished with the rear cover having an elaborate engraved monogram S.H.W. It has a hinged front bezel. Case condition : The case is in good clean condition, with just one small dent on the rim at 9 position and a few light scuff marks from normal use. Both hinges are good and strong with both covers opening and closing correctly, the bow has no chain rub and the crown thumb wheel has good grip and there is no plate loss. The case measures 50.66mm (approx 2 inches) in diameter not including the crown or bow measurement and weighs 104g (approx 3.7ozs) including movement. The case is original to the movement. |
