Some parts are missing, the pallet fork, and the fourth wheel. Bottom pivot broken on the third wheel, and the balance staff is broken. Stem wind and lever set. This watch is listed in the Complete Price Guide To Watches book under Seth Thomas, as a fake, with glass jewels. Movement is marked made in Chicago. Has a pretty nice porcelain dial, with a couple of small chips, and short hairlines. Selling as is for parts. Does have a Serial # 1715462, which does appear on the Seth Thomas data base. |
