Serial Number 646780 was reported as inaccurate.

Note: Instead of the three metal "straps" at 11, 12, and
1 o'clock in the diagram, my pocket watch has a
single solid plate. Mine looks more like the 590
grade from 1902 than this diagram. Might mine be
some kind of a hybrid?
