Note: This is a Washington Army and Navy grade, marked
Adjusted 19 jewels. Appears to be a jeweled barrel
(i.e. no cap jewels on the train) but not marked
for it.

SENATE model (engraved on bridge plate), Adjusted
to Temperature and Isochronism 3 positions
(according to Bill Meggers book). finger bridge
for escape wheel.
