Sold to the Crescent Watch Case Company in 1890.

The March 7, 1877 issue of the Boston Evening Transcript reported that the "Waltham Building" on Bond Street in New York was destroyed by fire. Operated by Robbins & Appleton, this building housed the gold case factory that manufactured the Waltham cases (A.W.Co.).
