Serial Number 3683836 was reported as inaccurate.

Note: Very similar but mine says TIME KING right above
ILLINOIS WATCH CO, has 17 jewels, "adjusted 3
position", also says DOUBLE ROLLER along the
inside edge. Face has small red dots above each
number. Also the case is gold, not nickel.
