| Dial Details | Dial – the white enamel dial is double sunk and has a full set of blue steel hands. The dial is signed “Elgin” and is decorated with two enamel flags (American and British). This enamel has been added to the dial (i.e. not incorporated into the original firing) but is hard enamel and not a later fake. The dial has a couple of hairline cracks at the 1600 position. |
