| Case Details | The case is the original Crescent Watch Case Company traditional hunter case with very little wear of the gold plating. This case was guaranteed to wear for twenty years and features the star and moon stamps. All matching numbers. Crescent cases were a popular choice for Waltham pocket watches. |

| Dial Details | Dial in very nice condition and features bold and scripted signature with Roman numerals and outer ring track. The minute hand has bent slightly near the tip. The dial, although in nice condition could do with a light clean to fully bring back to life. The Waltham also requires a new crystal because the old crystal is missing. |
| Movement Markings | A.W.W.Co. Waltham. Mass. 7880491 Movement specification: 7 Jewels, Gilt, Bosley regulator, unadjusted. Breguet hairspring. Grade Traveler. 1896 This Traveler was bought as a project. The movement is capable of running but does need a service and some additional attention. Upon stripping the movement the sliding pinion lever arm had a crack making it impossible to wind the timepiece because the keyless mechanism does not engage. The movement is currently in the process of being cleaned. |
