Movement Markings | Hamilton 500 ADJ. U.S.A. The Spectra was the third watch in the Electric series, following the Ventura and Van Horn. Pictured in Rene Rondeau's book "The Watch Of The Future" on pages 157-158, and 201, it was released in July of 1957 with an original price of $150.00. It is quadruple signed on the dial, case, movement, and crown. It runs great and keeps time to well under 30 seconds variation per day, and has a brand new battery just installed. The hack function works properly, and the watch starts right up each time the crown is pushed in from the setting position to the running position. |
