Seller Notes below: Bought at an estate sale about 40 years ago, this gold filled Waltham wrist watch looks like it was never worn. The watch has a round face that is about an inch in diameter. The watch has a second hand. As you can see from the photos the front of the case is engraved around the edges. There is also a "8955" stamped on the case. The back of the watch is plain gold filled. Inside the back cover there is a treasure trove of information about the watch. The inside of the back cover is stamped 6/0W B & B Royal 20 Years 6418955. There are many etchings inside the cover as well. Right below the 20 years stamp someone etched IV 9-2, Also etched inside the cover are the numbers 1569; 1505; 31; 17507; 17606. The watch mechanism itself is stamped A.WW.Co. Waltham Mass. 23143923. Fascinating Stuff!! The crystal is in excellent condition -- no scratches. Watch sold as "not running."
