I personally purchased a equally nice version of this watch on E-Bay a few weeks ago for 125.00 free shipping. This example has a slight hairline at 2 hour mark. And some edge chips from the 12 to the 2 hour mark. Today finding a near mint condition dial is very hard. This watch is documented on Pg 332 of the Complete Guide to Pocket Watches. As Model No165. Good example of a New York Standard, Sz 18, Chronograph. This is a nice collectable example from a company that was known for making inexpensive watches. |
