| Case Details | 10-17-16, Seen on E-Bay. See seller notes below. Pocketwatch101. I have for auction a Waltham chronograph pocket watch. This American Waltham chronograph pocket watch, has 15 jewels, and is a Model 1884. The case is marked Waltham 14K , and is marked 14K on both back covers. The case is in good condition, does have a small indentation, and some light scratches on the back. The case has the hinged snap shut back and bezel. Stem wind and lever set, winds and sets properly.The porcelain dial is in very good condition, with only a little roughness on the outer edge, and a faint hairline between the number 7 and 8. The movement is running well, and the functions operate correctly. Push in the crown to start the sweep hand, then push in again to stop, and finally push in again to set the hand back to zero. Serial # 3126058, dates this watch , from Sept 1887- June 1888. |
