| Dial Details | Dial is marked with Detroit jeweler D.B. Bancroft. The Hamilton ledgers show the movement as being sold to Bancroft on November 22, 1897. |
| Movement Markings | "17 Jewels, ser. no., Adjusted, Safety Pinion" stamped on train plate. "D.B. Bancroft, Detriot, Mich." stamped on the barrel bridge. 938 ser. no. 13561 was ordered from Hamilton as a "private label" watch. That is Hamilton would custom print the dial and the barrel bridge would be hand engraved with the name and city of the jeweler or company for an additional charge. 13561 went to the finishing dept. Feb 7, 1896 and was sold to Bancroft Nov. 22, 1897. |
