Case Details Movement is original to case (no other screw marks), a Dueber 20yr. GF case with inner dust cover. Case is plain polish and shows minimal wear. The crysal is glass.

Movement Markings "17 Jewels, ser. no., Adjusted, Safety Pinion" stamped on train plate. "D.B. Bancroft, Detriot, Mich." stamped on the barrel bridge.

938 ser. no. 13561 was ordered from Hamilton as a "private label" watch. That is Hamilton would custom print the dial and the barrel bridge would be hand engraved with the name and city of the jeweler or company for an additional charge.
13561 went to the finishing dept. Feb 7, 1896 and was sold to Bancroft Nov. 22, 1897.
