Case Details The 6498 Unitas (now ETA) was made in 1995, but has no serial number. The case is 16s with a plastic insert to hold the smaller 36.5mm movement.
This was a special Mickey Mouse 70th anniversary watch (1928-1998) released in 1998 and sold in a presentation box along with the usual "cards of authenticity". Each cased watch was given a separate serial number written on a card included on the box and also stamped (though the card says "hand engraved") inside the front cover.

Dial Details The only numerals on the dial are inside the seconds bit, marking every ten second interval. The hours are marked with Mikey Mouse at noon and altering with Minnie Mouse with a dark hash mark is used at the six o'clock position, for a total of six Mickeys and five Minnies. The dial is marked with Colibri (a company mainly known for it's lighters) ,17 Jewels Incabloc, Swiss Made, and Disney copyright.
Movement Markings "SWISS SEVENTEEN JEWELS UNADJUSTED" is stamped on the train bridge. Beneath the balance on the back of the main plate the Unitas trademark and 6498 the watch caliber.

The balance cap jewel is held in place with an INCABLOC shock absorber.

Movement was finished and cased July 1995 and at time Unitas produced the 6498 movement. They were later bought by ETA and the movement is referred to as ETA/Unitas 6498.
