| Movement Markings | "Safety Pinion" and serial number stamped on train bridge. "17 Jewels", "924", "Hamilton Watch Co. Lancaster Pa." and "Made in U.S.A." stamped on barrel bridge. This movement is from the last run of the 924 made in 1923. #1402 of 1500 from no. 1449001 to 1450500. Late 924's had, in addition to the 17 Jewels stamped on the left side of the barrel bridge, 924 on the right side, starting with 982501 in 1914, and "Made in U.S.A." around the plates left screw starting with 1442501 in 1921 until the end of 924 production in 1923. |
