| Case Details | The P/S Vanguard movement (which came with no dial or hands) was cased in a Fahy's SB&B "Monarch" model case. The stamp on the inside cover reads 'FAHYS MONARCH No 1 PAT FEB. 19TH 1884. I have two of these Monarch GF 18s cases and find they are very well made, and sturdy; more similar to a heavy 18s siverode/nickel case than a gold filled and neither shows any "brassing". one |
