| Movement Markings | "A.L. Bonewell, Creston, O." stamped on the train bridge. "Safety Barrel" and serial no. stamped on the barrel bridge. #18171 is from the first run of 200 (18000-18200) of the 928. Note the simple Bosley (whip) regulator. Later 928's ( after # 18500) were fitted with a simple Goldthwaite type (no micro screw adjusting, just push the longer indicator). |
