Case Details Rear case has number 400245. Inside of rear case in marked Nickel Illinois Watch Case Co. Silver. 155402. Front cover number difficult to read. Main case body has number 0437236. Movement has been re-cased during its lifetime but is at least period correct with its tall pendant. It is a very chunky case for a size 16 pocket watch.
