Serial Number 23784120 was reported as inaccurate.

Note: Prior conversation: This movement is a lever
set...
I've removed the dial and taken a photo, and
placed the photo in the "Dial" slot in the data
entry. This lever doesn't act as a true lever that
you pull out to set the watch. You just push it to
the side to allow the time to be set. On closer
examination, it looks like someone may have
modified it to make it a lever set.
Curator Response: Thanks for the additional information and image. Yes, this appears to be a after-market conversion. Unusual find. Thanks for sharing it.

okiejohn 387 · August 16, 2019

Serial Number 23784120 was reported as inaccurate.

Note: This movement is lever set, with lever 1/4
rotation clockwise from stem (at 6).
Curator Response: Interesting find. According to factory records and publications, the 386 was exclusively manufactured as pendant-set. The lever placement is also odd. Have you had an opporunity to inspect under the dial?
