Note: Everything correct except my movement is Stem Set.

Curator Response: Thanks for the report. The only 18s pendant-set Elgin models are the model 5 (open face) and the model 6 (interchangeable), while the Grade 70 is model 2 (lever-set, hunting). If possible, please upload photos of the movement and dial with the bezel removed for further inspection.
