Note: According to "Hampden Look-up Table" by Henry
Burgell, Chapter 149... this is a Grade 111, with
only 1,000 made in a single run. It is pendent
wind and set.
Curator Response: Thanks for the report. The "No. 111" was a grade designation derived by W.J. Johnston Co., not Hampden. There is evidence that these "private" grade designations changed from year-to-year as well.
