Note: Thanks for the info about the Model 10. It is
definitely NOT a Model 6. I am currently servicing
it for a client, and it is an open face (not a
sidewinder). If you like, once I have completed
the service I can send a photo to verify.

Curator Response: Perfect. A photo would be beneficial for evaluation. I suspect it is a Model 7 (Openface) since this run appears to be mixed with Model 6 and Model 7. Thanks!

Serial Number 3791993 was reported as inaccurate.

Note: Illinois Serial 3791993 appears to be a Model 10,
16 size, 17 jewel, open face, 3/4 bridge (faux
center bridge), stem wind, pendant set, damascened
nickle, "adjusted", "double roller", with swan
neck regulator adjustment.

Curator Response: Thanks for the report. The Model 10 was exclusively manufactured in the "Sangamo Special" grade. The Grade 305 was produced in Model 6 (Hunting) and Model 7 (Openface).
