Note: Mine is open faced, 6s spread to 12s.
Curator Response: Thanks for the report. Yes, many of the Grade 44 movements were fitted in 12-Size cases with stretched dials. Your particualr watch also omits the seconds bit to convert it into an open-face configuration even thought the movement is still hunting.
