Serial Number 12227428 was reported as inaccurate.

Note: For waltham serial number 12227428, I have 17
jewels engraved on the movement. Also, some
internal parts seem to be reversed from what I see
on the posted images
Curator Response: Thanks for the report and images. The Waltham Serial Lists indicate this run is 15 Jewels. However, your movement is evidence that some or all were upgraded and "plugged" at the factory with the new jewel marking.
