Purchased the Fidelity Watch Case Co. around 1902. Frank L. Camm had previously been employed as manager of the Brooklyn Watch Case Co. and Roy Watch Case Co. and treasurer of the Dubois Watch Case Co.

The company was organized as a result of an injuction against the name Camm-Roy Watch Case Company in July 1899.

In 1901, Augustin X. Roy severed his connection with the company, shortly after the work force of the company went on strike. It is unclear whether the factory ever started production again after this time.

By 1903, the Jewelers' Circular reported that the company was out of business and it had no successors.
