Elgin Grade 294 a slight modification on the existing Grade 215, and the two movements are nearly identical. According to material catalogs, only a handful of parts differ between the grades. In the 1907 A.C. Becken catalog, the Grade 251 movement is illustrated while the Grades 309/294 are described.
